    Description:

    This workshop has been developed specifically for managers at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. It will focus on a number of topics including:

    • Self-awareness as it relates to creating boundaries
    • Differentials of power and maintaining a professional mindset
    • Aloneness in the managerial role
    • Necessary personal conversations

     

    Learning outcomes: by the end of the session, learners will be able to

    • Describe their own needs with respect to boundaries
    • Identify their level of power and how it affects professional relationships
    • Acknowledge their own level of aloneness as a manager and identify some strategies for dealing with their experiences
    • Identify when conversations regarding boundaries are necessary and ways to make them easier.
