Description:
This course builds on Principles of Project Management with a focus on learning and understanding techniques and industry-standard tools to lead, guide, and support projects in your career at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. In this course, we will expand on how to create effective project goals, anticipate, and mitigate risk, manage resources, and communicate effectively with your project partners. Expand your skillset and become a project management superhero in your department!
