      Understand what factors interfere with your ability to get good quality sleep. In this workshop you will learn how to get to sleep faster after a busy day filled with class, assignments and extra-curricular activities in order optimize your nighttime sleep.

- Learn new strategies to get better quality sleep
- Discover optimal napping techniques
