      Understand how self-compassion leads to healthier behaviours and can be a significant source of strength in difficult times. In this workshop, you will learn what self-compassion really means and discover how it can be a powerful way to increase your emotional strength.
In this workshop you will:
- Examine how self-compassionate you are
- Find ways to stop being so hard on yourself and instead motivate with encouragement
- Learn 3 ways to boost your self-compassion
This wellness workshop is for students only. Registration recommended but drop-ins welcome.
