    Description:

What kind of culture do we want at Queen’s? Join us for a thoughtful, interactive conversation on belonging, collaboration, and the shared values that shape our workplace community. The Vice-Principal (Culture, Equity, and Inclusion) Stephanie Simpson, Associate Vice-Principal (Human Resources) Lisa Walsh and Director (HR - Employee Wellness Services) Sydney Downey will facilitate a conversation exploring the kind of culture we want to build and nurture at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½.

Together, we'll reflect on what belonging, inclusion, and shared purpose mean in our workplace and how small, meaningful actions can strengthen our community.

This 60-minute, in-person fireside conversation group will include guided discussion, small group reflections, and opportunities for participants to share ideas and perspectives that can help shape the future culture of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. The panel will be facilitated by Marina Darling, OD&L.

You're welcome to submit questions in advance when registering. While questions will also be taken during the session, early submissions will help shape a thoughtful and engaging discussion. (questions can be sent to thrive@queensu.ca)
