Victoria Hirst is a Certified DreamBuilder™ Coach and LifeMastery™ Consultant who helps visionary entrepreneurs and leaders align their life and business with their deepest values.

With over 30 years of experience as a film and TV producer, Victoria has worked with award-winning creators such as Sarah Polley (Away From Her), Mary Harron (American Psycho), and actors including Christian Bale, Julia Stiles, and the late Philip Seymour Hoffman (Owning Mahowny). She’s spoken on festival panels, judged international film competitions, and supported storytellers at the highest level.

Now, she brings that same clarity, creativity, and insight to her work as a transformational coach. ABOUT THE WE-CAN PROJECT:
The WE-CAN Project is led by Queen’s University with a mission to inspire and empower existing and aspiring women entrepreneurs by providing them with tools, resources, expert mentors, networks and community building to expand existing businesses and to launch new ventures. Since launching in 2020, the WE-CAN Project has supported more than 1,600 women entrepreneurs in launching, growing and scaling their business in the greater Kingston region.
