The Queen’s Psychology Department’s Training Clinic will be moving from the historic Barrie Street house to new modernized facilities at 797 Princess Street August 26 and 27! Our new location will allow us to better serve our community-based clients while increasing our visibility and impact.
Our new location is within 2kms of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ campus, ensuring students and faculty can easily travel between locations. Our fully accessible facility offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for all, enhancing our commitment to barrier-free access to services and fostering a diverse and equitable learning experience.
This new commercial space, already in close proximity to community health and wellness resources, will be an ideal learning environment for psychological assessments, treatment, therapy, and research. In addition to a new location, the Clinic will be investing in new infrastructure like audio-visual technology, a virtual supervision platform, and enhanced patient billing software. Our new location, coupled with these enhancements will also enable us to conduct cutting-edge research, advancing the field of psychology.
