Help select Commitment Scholar Award recipients

Staff and faculty are invited to register to participate in the selection of Commitment Scholars Award recipients. The renewable awards recognize leadership and commitment to racial justice, social justice, and diversity initiatives, and support equity-deserving students entering their first undergraduate degree.
Commitment Scholar Readers complete a short bias-awareness module, and review 18 to 25 applications online over a three-week period (February 25 - March 19). Readers are provided with a scoring rubric and guide. Each award application includes 2 short essay questions (800 words and 400 words). The time commitment is approximately 10 hours.
