Members of the Queen’s community are invited to review and provide feedback on a new travel and reimbursement policy currently posted for consultation on the University Secretariat and Legal Counsel website. The consultation includes the Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy and two affiliated procedures.

The consultation period is open from Jan. 15–26, 2026. Additional information about the policy consultation and approval process is available on the University Secretariat website.
